Layla - Long Coat Chihuahua

About Me: Well--Stevie is my birthmother and I'm the lucky one that gets to stay with human mom and dad. My future will be in the show ring and mom couldn't be happier about the way I'm turning out--the faults that my dog mommy has, I don't have (so far.) I don't know if I'll ever have my own litter because I might stay a bit too small, but that's OK with human mom--she says I'll just be one of those "trophies" and of course a family pet. I was born September 13th, 2007 by C-section. I had 3 brothers, but one passed away. I have a sister and she lives with Stevie's breeder, Annette Waldkoetter of Windsong Chihuahuas. My brother Ted is my best friend and I pick on him constantly. I also love my Aunt Jude--she likes to play with me, but sometimes she gets annoyed (especially when I jump on her and she's been sleeping) and then she "pretends" to bite me...it doesn't really phase me though.

Likes: Picking up large objects (including coats and shoes) and carrying them around the living room, playing with my tiny tennis ball, using the Lizard tongue on unsuspecting people, tormenting my brother, Ted, and going places with mom.

Pet-peeves: not being able to jump on the couch myself

Best Tricks: rolling over on my back, licking faces and pretty much everything

Favorite Food: Wellness Puppy, raw chicken legs, nutrident tiny toy treats
