About Me: Wendy (who also answers to Momma), the recently rescued 60-65 lb. Great Pyrenees pictured above, had surgery on her Left side this past Wednesday, Dec 14. Her surgical wound involves a 5" incision with a draining tube sticking out of it an inch or so. During the 9:30pm post-surgery hand off from one vehicle to another, Wendy darted out of the car and took off. They were able to follow her until she disppeared near I-65, around High School Road and 52nd Street. When she was initially found a couple of months ago, she was a stray with six pups in tow. Given this minimal experience with people, she is very timid and skittish, though she has never shown any agression towards a human during our time with her. If you or someone you know sees Wendy (she would be difficult to catch), please contact me at the number below. Thanks for any help you are able to extend ... even if you simply provide a prayer and an increased awareness on your drives around town and on the highways. Call 317-440-6139 if sighted.
