About Me: Duncan was picked up by animal control with his sister in rural Indiana as a young puppy. We don't know if he'd been abandoned, or was born wild, but when he came to Indianapolis, every city sight and sound was new to him. He was afraid of everything, but now he's rock-solid in heavy traffic.

Likes: Long walks and morning hugs.
Pet-peeves: Getting in trouble for roughhousing with the kitty.
Best Tricks: Shelling peanuts. Turning on the faucet outside so he can drink out of the hose. Leading me gently by the hand when he wants to show me something.
Favorite Activities: Playing tug-o-war. Chasing a ball. Trying to "catch" water from a running hose.
Favorite Food: Veges, especially carrots and brocolli stems. Sportmix Gourmet Peanut Dog Biscuits.
Favorite Toy: A big, soft knotted cotton rope.
