About Me: I'm a hard-to-find bolognese, 99% white fur that is long; my owner keeps it trimmed for the summer. I've a good disposition, and I make a good lap dog. Bolognese are hard to paper train, but otherwise, we are a smart and sensitive dog. My breed originated in Spain; we were first given as a pet to Philipe II, King of Spain, in the late 1500's. We are excellent watch dogs and a great judge of character. Our height is from 10-12 inches, and weight is from 5-9 pounds. We are serious dogs, not real lively, and we have an amiable personality and make a great house pet. Not good around small children, as our breed is fragile in it's structure.
