Columbo - Bloodhound

About Me: Columbo was born without sight in one eye and was not going to be easily placed. He was rescued by a visitor to the breeder and while looking at his picture that was sent to us, we decided to 'go take a look at him'. We all know how those stories end up thus we are the proud parents of Columbo. We chose his name due to his eye problem, the fact that bloodhounds are 'investigators' and work with police officers, and that they are wrinkled, like Peter Falk's trench coat in his series on TV.

Nicknames: Stinker Boy, Baby Boy, Ding Ding

My Motto: La-dee-daw-dee, I'm just so happy as can be.

Likes: His family! He loves to be baby talked to when he's calm. Tummy rubs are the BEST!

Pet-peeves: When he gets tired, he gets crazy and loves to chew on arms, legs, clothes and our other dogs.

Best Tricks: He can look so sad without even trying. He's a bit young to be able to concentrate on learning any tricks right now.

Favorite Activities: He loves to bite at the sprinkler or hose nozzle when we're watering.

Favorite Food: Anything he can find.

Favorite Toy: Soft squeeky toys and an empty plastic flower pot.

Favorite Walk: He enjoys our big back yard that has lots of places to sniff around.
