In Memory of Heidi - German Shorthaired Pointer

About Me: I was rescued by my lovely owners when my first owner had to move into an assisted living home that couldn't accomodate me. They also have one of my puppies, Gunner, so that made me happy. My mommy was so nice to take me in, otherwise I would've had to go to a shelter and she just couldn't let that happen to me. I was so spoiled at this home, more so than ever before. I just loved it here. Sadly, our Heidi girl got loose from her kennel in 2005. We searched for her, but she was never found. I can only hope that she is somewhere safe, and loved. Or, if she has passed on, that she was taken care of for the remainder of her life. Heidi is still greatly missed by the entire family. Life won't be the same without her.
