Well, how old is he? If he's younger, then have someone older explain to him that hitting dogs or any other animal is something really bad, and he needs to be taught that hitting anybody is wrong. If he is an adult, get him some help! That's called animal abuse, and shouldn't be happening at this age. But yes please more details!

well try talking to his parents and if that does not work then bite the little kid to teach him that it is not nice or right to hit you for any reason.

well maybe biting is not the propper way for humans but that is how we teach our puppies when they are doing something unappriate to you maybe you should grow and just snap at him but not make contact. but only after you have tried talking to his parents and it does not work.

I would definitly say something to the parents as some kids just don't understand. And if that doesn't work, pee on him. :)
