This doesn't sound too fair but mom just said I wasn't getting anything for Christmas. It's not that I'm bad because I'm the best dog in the whole house. Nope, it's because according to her "I've already spent all my money for Christmas presents" after my trip to the vet today. I think that mom should bear some of the responsibility since she is the one that took me to the vet. She could have told them to not do all those tests and things if she really wanted to save money. But no! She let them draw my blood, take Xrays and everything. She told dad it was a waste of money because they couldn't really figure out why I feel so bad. I got a pain shot and I get to eat cottage cheese and take pain meds all through the weekend. That sounds like a sweet deal to me. Unfortunately, my heart does appear to be getting bigger and weaker. Mom had leaky eyes over that again but she's better now. I do feel a little better too since my pain shot. Probably that mean Chase kicked me while I was asleep or something and that's why I don't feel good. I hope mom reconsiders the Christmas presents. I promise to be good and not have to go the vet for the rest of the year. Well except for my yearly exam. Oh, and a re-check. And that one other time I have to go. But other than those times, I promise to not go there. Please mom, I want to celebrate Christmas too. I believe in Santa. It's not fair if Chase gets presents and I don't. He's the mean evil one not me. I'm the good baby dog that loves you. Remember that when it's present time♥
