Try to take some advice. If you just get all mad when you deliver your lecture, the only thing anyone will notice is that you are mad. If you can deliver your message with a note of concern for the health and welfare of the existing animals, and the need for cutting down on overpopulation they MIGHT listen to you a little better. Take some factoids with you, if you can find them. Like the number of litters and puppie/kittens each will have in their lifetime if not fixed, and how many those will have, etc. Or maybe the current euthanasia rates. Your passion is admirable, but most people get upset if they think that someone is lecturing them or implying that they are stupid. Also tell them that they can get their animals fixed for as little as $30 apiece. That costs a lot less than feeding a bunch of pups and kittens! Good luck.
