My brother Fred and I participated in Petco's Ferret 500 yesterday! Unfortunately, only one other ferret showed up. But it was fun! We got to meet all kinds of new people. We lost interest in racing pretty quick, though. They had tunnels set up for us to run through. But who wants to run through tunnels when there's so much else to see and get into? The only bad part of the day was when the dogs started barking. They were so loud! And Mom tried to put bandanas on us. That was embarassing! The best part of the whole day, though, was the goody bags. We got a package of super chews (our favorite!) and some jingly balls.
