My parents don't let us have waffles, either. However, my grandma sneaks us leftover eggs when she comes to visit. She always tells them it's good for us to have that protein, so our coats stay shiny. But waffles...I'll have to ask grandma about those next time she's here!

That totally sucks! I can't believe they would do that to you! I am going to have a talk with my mommy and tell her she needs to set your mommy straight. I would have gotten waffles, and probably a plate with syrup still on it...ummmm syrup. Uhh, oh yeah, I hate birds in my yard too, and squirrels.

You're not missing much with the waffles. The next time they have turkey, make sure that they are not looking, and just go for the whole bird!! You might get into trouble, but sometimes it is worth it.

I know I am not supposed to have waffles, Mommy says no but Daddy always caves. Besides I don't think I have to worry about "getting fat", there is not much getting left to it!
