Watching Animal Planet

Okay, so I was watching Animal Planet. A vet show was on, apparently some kids (around 5-7) put a rubber band around a dogs mouth. It cut through the skin and down to the bone. Now it has a scar all the way around it's snout. Gosh!!! They're young, but not THAT young!!!! They should no better by now !!!!!

You're right! They should know better. How would the parents not see that the dog had a rubber band around it's snout?! That's pretty weird. Poor dog!

I'm so glad my youngest sibling is 10 !!!!! He knows better!!! And doesn't even take an interest in our animals !!!!! : )
