Do you have your nails polished?

Are you kidding? It's hard enough for me just to trim them. :)

All three of us just lay there on the deck to have our nails clipped. Then Daddy even gets out an emery board to make them smooth.
Talk about lazy hounds!! That's us!

The Three Dog Bakery had Pawlish on sale a while back. Mom was tempted...but I'm not sure I want my talons to be accentuated. And Daddy told Mom she's on her own if she wants to paint my talons. (I don't sit still for mani/pedis)

I would probably sit still for mom to paint them, but then I would run off before they were dry and smudge them all up! You're a very good dog, Lucy!!

Momma wishes I would stay still long enough to get my nails polished, but it is very doubtful. I really don't like my feet messed with!

You are all girl. I think mom would like to polish mine sometime, but I'm never still.... maybe when I grow up.

I've had my tonails painted before and it's hard for me to sit still, but somehow mom managed. Mom used to paint Ralphs tonails all the time...yes, he was a boy, but it looked so cute! Stevie would probably sit still, but her's are just so tiny and I don't think the show ring judges would appreciate a chi with painted tonails...

But they just get ruined while chasing after squirrels and tennis balls! *sigh* What's a girl to do?

Paint MY nails???? She would have to be crazy to think I would sit still for that!

there is nail polish made specifically for dogs, it dries cuper fast and last a lot longer than human nail polish (it also stinks)

Hmmm... since I don't mind Mama having to touch up my tootsies every week, I think I'll stay away from the smelly doggy stuff. Besides, it's quality time for Mama and me, because she rubs my belly while my nails dry. Heaven!
