Halloween Decorations

Have any of you came in contact with these hideous(sp?)creepy decoration things that are huge and full of air? My uncle set one up in our front yard and I am just not sure about it. It makes a purring sound that drives me mad and I can't help but bark and growl with the hair standing up on my back. Somebody come take it away please, it is intruding on my sniffing area!!!!!
