A great read for animal lovers

Mom just finished reading "Marley and Me," what a great book! It's a story about the life of a lab who isn't very well-behaved. No matter what kind of pet you have, you'll see yourself somewhere in the book. It reminded Mom about the basset hound she grew up with too. The website for the book is www.marleyandme.com.

My Momma read it. She loved it!! She said it made her laugh and cry... She also likes Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul. She is a sucker for a tear jerker!

I made the mistake of trying to listen to it on CD. The author was the reader, and he had a VERY boring voice, so I finally gave up. Maybe I should try to read it in print.

It's a great book. I read it in two days. I just couldn't put it down. I definitely saw myself in that book several times!
