Help Fleas

Gracie on Health - Tue, October 09 2007

Ok someone please help.

my friend has been getting mysterious bites for a few weeks.

long story short, during the last week she was given a $1000 eatimate to remove bedbugs she doesnt have.
but before she found this out , she tore the house completely apart, washed 90$ worth of laundy at the laundromat.

my wife went over there and found fleas on the cat..fleas

so now that this woman has about had a nervous breakdown, what are your best ideas for fleas.

she is going to take the cat to the vet, but what should she do with the house , clothes that are on floor waiting to be sorted and hung back up, furniture etc, please help!

She can use Borax (original) on the carpet, but the animals can't walk through it. You sprinkle it on, work it in with your foot or a clean broom, let it set (anywhere from 60 minutes to a few days from the research I did) and then run the sweeper really well, and throw the bag away. there will be enough residue left down in the carpet to kill future. Borax dehydrates all four stages. Good luck!
