The only way to not have a smelly piggy, is to keep her cage meticulously clean. Like, fresh bedding every day.. Guinea pigs can get pretty stinky.

Mom had a piggy once named Gertrude. She bathed her every once in a while with a tiny dab of puppy shampoo. If the piggy is a boy, they will stink more...because of their musky whatever it is. We used to completely clean out Gertie's cage three times a week.

Oh ya, Freckles! We used to give our piggies baths, too. I forgot about that.
