So it looks like my GI track is clear, they initially thought it was a stomach thing, but guess not. So thats good news. They did find pneumonia in one of my lungs, so bad news there but its treatable. I get to go home today with lots of drugs and just rest and recover. Lets hope this is it and I get back to snipping at my new sister. (oh by the way I got a new sister on Friday after my moms sister decided to give my brother who I cared less for a home). Thanks for all the prayers!!!!!!!
I had to take Hannah to the emergency vet one night, I was also very disappointed. Hannah had been having trouble breathing and then began vomiting, turns out she just had a reaction to the medicine our vet had prescribed...which was my theory. They offered to take x-rays, put her in an oxygen cage and a whole array of other options...none of which she needed. Hannah also has a broken tooth, which doesn't bother her and the vet doesn't want to take out unless she's bothered by it. The emergency clinic proceeded to explain how they could do all sorts of dental work to take out her tooth. I felt they weren't there to help my cat, they were there just to make as much money as possible...needless to say I was offended and we won't be going back.
