My humans feed me Eagle Pack as well (since they adopted me). I love it almost as much as people food. My vet also likes that I eat it as it has lots of good stuff in it to protect my joints and keep me skinny.

P.S. I agree we need more people food! Espically, more fish.
Eagle Pack! Yummmeeeee! I can tell you about all kinds of good and safe foods, and Eagle Pack is one of my favorites. My mom feeds me Nature's Variety Frozen Raw Organic Chicken, and the rest of the pack get Canidae. Of course, we all get healthy treats, like pieces of apples, carrots, and other good things. Ask my mom about pet foods, tho. She knows a lot about them, and can tell you about the best foods available around here.
I have tried to explain to the bipeds the necessity and the economic advantages of consuming the same cuisine as them ... though I draw the line at the spicy mustard that comes with the crab rangoons at The China Garden. They do not follow my logic, but I am training Beauregard to jump and play with the small bipeds during mealtime. This creates a diversion, and has resulted in some tasty loot, including a whole chicken fried steak that we shared. Diversions aimed at the small bipeds are the key.
I see everyone seems to say Eagle Pack is good. Has anyone read the ingredients? It varies depending which type you get, but they are loaded with fillers like rice, oatmeal, even potatoes, which are extremely high on the glycemic index and can be deadly for cats and pretty hard on dogs too. Dogs and cats are carnivores. That is the way nature created them. Their bodies are not physiologically made to process grains. Folks that feed their 4 legged kids Eagle Pack probably do so because they really care about them and want to do whats best. They need to take a good look at the label and rethink what they are doing. Their are very good high quality pet foods made only with raw meat that are affordable.
Taylor Pond Farms is very good as well as My Pet Carnivore which is local. www.mypetcarnivore.com
