Allergies are really bad right now. Sometimes if Benadryl doesn't work another type of antihistamine will--you'll have to call and ask Dr. Short about Chlorpheneramine--orsomething like that. If she doesn't have skin irritation, I would stay away from steroid shots, unless absolutely necessary. I think this time of year just plain sucks for the allergy sufferers!
Stevie...I think Zoe might have been on that med you mentioned back when she was having an allergy problem that was making her ears itch. I thought she had an ear infection, but it turned out it was allergies. I will have to look back through my paperwork when I get home and see if that is what she took. If it gets any worse, I may have to get some. She doesn't have any skin problems, not that I have noticd, just sneezing and watery eyes. Those reverse sneezes scare me to death. It sounds like she can't breathe. I didn't know what it was until someone on this site said it happens to their dog also...
