There are a lot of people with no empathy for us animals! They should teach this class in all schools. That would be a good thing for Mike to fund! I want to see him put his money where his mouth is and start donating to animal shelters and charities that work to stop dogfighting. I want to see him do a commercial about how dogfighting is wrong. More action, less words! He said he was sorry; he said he wishes he had taken this class years ago. Now, prove it! He could make a difference if he would dedicate himself to stopping dogfighting.

Yeah, I agree with Minnie....Vick should put up or shut up. He might be able to turn this whole thing around and redeem himself by stepping up to the plate and doing some really good things for and to animals. Words are cheap, we want action!!!!!

I imagine he's doing it so PETA will shut up and leave him alone. Just because you sit through a class on Empathy (which I don't see how you can teach)does not make you empathetic. Does PETA offer these classes to everyone who is convicted of dogfighting or just high profile "stars"??? I'm with you all. We need to see some action. I was glad to hear that the dogs they save were deemed adoptable. Perhaps they will find forever homes with people who don't need a class to teach them to love animals.

I don't think you can teach someone "how" to be empathetic. I thought that was a natural feeling.... Well, I guess this just proves what a defect of a human he is.

OOOOOOO burn! Zzzzzzz sizzle! You tell him guys!!!! Anyway....Yeah, I have a bunch of empathy, and I can't stand to see people mad or sad or anything like that.(and I wasn't taught to have empathy...) I think somebody dropped him on his head when he was a baby, GEEZ! Mentally ill much?
