What's a balloon???? Mommy had these floaty things on ribbons at our house and I kept watching them and watching them, 'cause I didn't know what they were. Mommy said they are balloons, whatever that is, and they are just for looking at - they won't get me. FiFi stood up at the coffee table and tried to pull on the ribbons, but Mommy said No, FiFi, leave my balloons alone.
