RIP Freckles on My Blog - Wed, August 22 2007

Greetings friends! My mom and dad finally got home last night from visiting Grandpa! Aunt Julie let us stay with her the whole time, so no exhile time was necessary.

Mom didn't buy me any fancy treats from California, but she did give me a big spoonful of yogurt when she got home! Mmmm.

Maggie was so excited she peed in the kitchen when they walked in! I tried to keep my composure but couldn't hold it all in. I begged to go outside and howled and barked to let everyone know we were all home again. I'm sure the neighbors appreciated the fact that I announced this at midnight!

We all slept in the big bed last night (something we weren't allowed to do on our vacation to Aunt Julie's). Boy oh boy did I miss everything about home!

Hi Freckles, Glad your folks made it home safe and sound. I know you missed them a lot. I would have been really excited too!!! Bet you had a good nights sleep in that bed too!!! Take care my friend.

I go crazy when Mama comes back home. I stay @ Grandma's and she'll sneak in the door and say Where's My Puppy?? I FREAK OUT!! Running, Jumping and howling too!! Must be the official Basset welcome. Glad everyone is home and happy-ETB
