She saved the best for last. What a day we have had and it's only Noon. We got up this morning and got ready to go out. I accidently head butted Mama in the chin while she was trying to get my leash. I was way too excited. We went to the no treat givin bank. I gave the girls the sad Basset face. THEN, we went to the Mooresville Park and took a big walk on the woods trail. It was great. All kinds of new smells. THEN, we went to the M place and she got me a plain cheeseburger. Mmmmm. THEN, we went to the Orchard Store and she got me the right kind of dog food cause I wasn't eating the other, some new biscuits and a chewie treat. But, after we got home, I got in trouble. I snuck past the neighbor when she was coming in the door. I was in the yard and thought about coming back in the house THEN I saw my buddies up at the barn so I went up there. The neighbors daughter caught me and Mama carried back to the house. I tried to snuggle up to her on the walk back but she was mad. She told me I was a bad boy. I tried everything to make up to her but she wasn't having it so I laid in the floor and pouted. After a few minutes, she forgave me and everything is cool. Hope everyone else as good a day too, except for tbhe running away. That was bad. ET
