SAVED a mole!!!

Ok, my turn to post from grandmas! This morning when mom was taking us out to go potty, she saw this little black critter running around on the solar cover of the pool. Apparently, it jumped onto it to get a drink and got stuck. couldn't jump out. She went in to get Grampa and they SAVED it!! It was released on the other side of the pool fence. They could have given it to me and I would have "taken care of it"! Mom thought it was soooo cute, whatever.

Why'd your mom save it? Doesn't she know they destroy the yard??!! My dad actually set stuff out to get rid of them...

Oh I would like to get ahold of a mole someday! Or any small animal! But you gott aadmit, it is kind of cool that they saved the little guy!!!

Well, Grandpa was a PA Game Warden for 30 years and he hates to see anything dead....We'll see if this mole returns to dig up the yard. Maybe his view of moles will change.

You were sooooo cool...you didn't even dive in the pool to get it? Man, I would've had a fit. I got stuck in a vinyl fence TWICE trying to get at squirrels and chipmunks. They just taunt me......HATE 'EM!!!!!
