Some may think it sounds crazy but my mom loves the idea. She hates birds, the outside kind, not you nice indoor pets. She says birds are nasty and poop everywhere. Pigeons can create very bad problems in large quantities and their poop can cause diseases.

Maybe now that they have the pigeon population undercontrol they can focus on people population control. I wonder if they can do the same thing with all the illegal immigrants coming into their state to lessen their population by half by the year 2012;)LOL!
