This is a great story from the Washington Post. Sad how they have been treating pitties in past policies, but nice to see that they are making changes in the right direction.

I'm so glad people are finally learning that breed doesn't matter. People shape a dog's personality and because of that, any dog can become aggressive. Thank you for sharing! I hope our city never goes the BSL route.
