Cute videos! I need to try to get one of Butch howling. It's pretty funny. He howls at sirens.

I howl at sirens....I prefer to call it singing though...then I get KC and even, her royal highness, Peaches to sing too. We are quite the trio. Momma laughs (except when we do it too early in the morning, but sometimes us girls gotta do it)!

Just to clarify, I don't sound like the Basset on the video (sounds like a mooing cow, IMO). My howl is more of the true Basset "aroooh". And I also like to howl when mom's on the phone.

I howl all the time! Its so much fun. Usually I only do it when I wake up, want something, or when I am told to talk.

I also howl at ambulances and when they test the tornado siren.

I howl, but not like that. I have a pretty shrill howl and I only use it on squirrels and rabbits. I specialize in barking. Here's a silly video of me that Mom took when I was barking and running.
