Proud of my Indypaws family

Hi all Ally’s mom here -Ally said “she was not in the mood for dictation this morning and that I would have to do my own typing”
I am so proud of my Indy Paws family! After learning of the terrible things that Michael Vick was charged with the message board was on fire with calls for action and it appears that those calls for action were met head on. The Indy Paws site developed a grassroots campaign to speak on behalf of those that can not (those poor fighting dogs) with the key contact information of his sponsors we all went to work. I know that we all have crazy lives and we use the site to share information and to chuckle at the funny post, but I am confident that our quick action helped make changes (hopefully more to come) I am so proud of the dedication to animals and their well being that every member of this site has, that I just wanted to say thanks for letting me and Ally be a part of this family!

I'd like to second that! I am so thankful to have found IndyPaws. It's wonderful to have others who feel the same way I do about animals. You guys are great!!

I love the community on here too! I agree with Beverly's mom that it's great to have others who feel the same way! It's also great to be able to share Bella's progress as she grows with people who care, and everyone loves to give and receive advice!!

Ally, you put into words what my mom has felt since we first joined Indy Paws. Paws rule....too bad that other cities don't take the stance that Indy has for our pets. It's a wonderful site...thanks, Indy for letting even us out of towners (but not out of heart) be a part of it.

i couldn't agree more!!! i've been on a lot of message boards and lists over the years, but this one is really cool. it's different because it's LOCAL, and also because you can connect with people (which we've done) and meet at different events (which we've done!) and also i think it has really served as an educational tool for people that otherwise would not have been informed about things going on in the pet world. especially with all the local APBT stuff, and the national stuff. also, with things that are important, like health of your pets, feeding, grooming, and vaccinating suggestions.oh, can't forget the wonderful RESCUE info, too!! it's just a great site! i also am so glad i've met several of you (and i'm sure will meet many others) and am happy to call you my friends. whoever thought this site up...well, someone buy them a beer, LOL! ;o)
