trying to help a friend

((Animal Control, LMFAO. Why are they called "Animal Control when they don't do a damn thing I ask you.?

Okay, yesterday I had to call Animal Control out to my house once again. We have people who have numress dogs & cats in which they don't keep in their yard. And the type of dogs I'm talking about are BIG dogs. I have six dogs and ALL my dogs stay in my yard. Okay, well, I had to call cuzz as my hubby was driving down the road a dog coming running out from the house down the street right at his truck! He almost hit it. The day before yesterday about 5am or a lil after I was letting my dogs out to potty & I heard this man yelling & screaming, "GET AWAY FROM ME, STOP, HELP, SOMEONE HELP, GO AWAY!" My hubby heard the man screaming and yelling and he was inside. Well, these dogs are ALWAYS out. Last year at the bus stop, which is my driveway, I had to pull my lil girl back though the gate. A dog run up to her and started growling at her. I called the A.C (Animal Control) by the time they got out here and got through questioning ME about MY dogs, wanting to see MY dogs tags and so, the owner of the dog had gotten him back into his yard and A.C said they didn't see any dogs. It's like that every-time I call. They all ways want to see MY dogs tags and spend 30 mins or so with me about my dogs before they try and go see about the dog/dogs I called about. So yesterday I called the Sheriff's Office, they came out and I told them what had happened yesterday and the day before yesterday, told them which house it is that has their dogs out. They know of them, they arrested one of the guys from that house just a week ago, but said there's nuttin they can do. So once again I called A.C and asked to speak with a supervisor, I did, told him about the prb. So he and another A.C officer came out, told them the house # showed em the house cuzz you can see if from my driveway. Showed em MY dogs tags and then they went to the house. But still don't know if anything was done. It pisses me off BIG time!! Their dogs are out ALL the time running the roads, they come messing with my dogs, I have to squirt them with the hose to get em away from my yard, then the owners yell at me for soaking their dog/dogs. One of the dogs attacked a man, the came and growled at my kid at the bus stop, I was walking with my kids to a friends which is a few houses down to a b-day party, and to males and a female (human) where walking with one of their dogs and it wasn't on a leash and it ran up to me, I pushed my kids behind me and told them to get their dog, and they said, "oh, she wont bite." And that's okay? Why the hell wont A.C do anything about it? I can't even walk MY own dog down the road. How not far is that? Anyone have any suggestions?

And this is what I told her.
(( I would start taping the dogs running up and down the road. I would also try calling the
town office. And tell them my tax money is paying for the cop to keep us safe and I don't
feel safe here do to the dogs. And that you have called A.C. And all you get is a run around.
That you want something done about it before someone really dose get hurt. Plus next time
that you have to call out the cops or A.C. I would tell them that you want there name and a
copy of the report. They should have to wright down a report. And with a enuff reports
down on paper they should have to do something. Then if it dosen't get any thing done
you will have all the report's of them not going out and doing there jobs that you can go
on the News about it.))
