My understanding is that vets are like human doctors. Always wanting to weigh you, then when they find out what you weigh, they want you to lose some weight. Well why did they weigh you in the first place if they weren't going to like the number? I'm supposed to stay around 9# but it's really hard. Is 10 a reasonable weight for you that the doctor told you to get to? You could just be a bigger "tweenie" doxie like Chase and Blitzen. Of course I think they each need to lose about a pound as well. 10#s is the standard for minis but if you're a big boned girl you can weigh a little more(as long as you're not being shown). Good luck with the diet. Green beans and carrots are good foods that make you feel full but don't add calories(but you might have stinky farts).
