Getting Nails trimmed

I HATE getting my nails trimmed so I make sure to put up a fight everytime! but my owner puts a small towel over my head and bends my foot back and clips them like that so Its more comfortable for me and I don't fight near as much.

Hmmm, a towel you say? I'll have Mommy try that. Normally, she and Daddy and Grandpa all have to hold me down to cut my nails. I just like to see them make a big fuss over me. I really don't think I mind having my nails clipped, but that's our little secret. Real dogs have to fight it!

My mom finally gave up and takes me places and lets other people do it. She's says it's cheap ($8-$12) and then I don't give her the evil eye for the next 2 days. She tricks my though by taking my to the pet store to shop together and drops me off in a glass room. But these strangers sure do trim much quicker than my mom ever couldQ

OH yikes!!! You dogs have it pretty easy though..a trim here and there. My mom likes to put those frilly little silicone caps on my nails to keep me from tearing up the furniture. Willow is the one that made us have to go through that torture after she wrecked havoc on Dad's recliner--not pretty! I guess it is better than the ol' declaw..mom is against that..but I do think I could go without magenta!!!

My mommy doesn't do my nails because I don't care to have them messed with. My groomer however trims them in the bath and I don't mind at all. I love to get bathed so while I'm in there enjoying my bath, they go ahead and clip my nails. I hardly notice!

If you like baths, it's worth the try! My groomer is the best!

I don't care. I sit there like a lump and get trimmed, then I go on my way. Can't say the same for the other kitties in the family, and the humans cannot figure out why I let them when it's a battle to get the other cats' trimmed.
