Mom broke her foot!

Maize on My Blog - Tue, July 03 2007

Mom needs some advise. She broke her foot last night and now she has this funny thing called a "cast" on it. It smells so WIERD and we can't seem to keep our noses off of it. We are all very well trained, but just can't seem to stay away from the cast. Mom will tell us all to "go" and we do, but the MINUTE she gets up to walk somewhere, we feel we have to attack the cast. Dad's getting really mad at us because he says we are going to cause her to break her other foot. Mom's more tolerant(gotta love painkillers) but starting to get a little irratated with us. Can anyone give mom some advise on how to get us to stay away from the cast and out from under her feet?

Sorry about your mom's foot! Maybe the "newness" will wear off soon?

We hate this stuff but maybe your mom should spray her cast with Bitter Apple....that stuff will surely make you stay away!!!

Sorry abour your mom's foot. Mom says having a cast sucks!!

I'm not sure if this is cruel, but it does keep my nose out of other people's business...a spray bottle. **shutter at the thought**

A little spritz is all it takes for me to keep away from something.

I know this is a little late, but I hope you're better now. Cesar Milan always suggests breaking our (doggies') fixation immediately with a noise like a clicker or a sound and a simple command. Sorry if I sound like a "Doodle."
