Oatmeal

Floyd on Behavior - Tue, June 26 2007

Have you guys tried oatmeal? Man that stuff is good. Recently my mommy and daddy have been leaving me out of my crate when they go to work. They wanted to see if I could be trusted. I did a pretty good job for the first week. But yesterday the temptation was too much. I nudged open the food pantry and found some tasty peaches and cream oatmeal. I ate three packages of it. It was a little dry, but man was it tasty. So after that I had a pretty good afternoon. But then I heard daddy come home and I instantly remembered the oatmeal that I ate. So I ran and hid. He was NOT happy with me. He called mommy at work and she wasn't happy with me either. So today I had to go back to my crate. Oh brother, maybe it wasn't worth it. What do you think? Have you guys stolen any good human food to eat lately?

I haven't gotten to try oatmeal yet, but I did try pillow with stuffing last night! Mom left me out of the crate while she went to get some dinner to see if she could "trust me". I took advantage of the situation and played with the pillow I've been dying to eat!! It was SOOOOO MUCH FUN! Stuffing was everyone. Oh well, back to the crate for me too, I guess.

I ALWAYS steal human food any chance I get. Mom has to make sure that everything is put up where I can't get it. She made the mistake of leaving her food (chicken and baked potatoe) on the table to answer the phone - it was gone when she got back. I even ate the aluminum foil. Mom says I'm part goat!! So totally worth it!! Yum yum!! --Mookie

I got up and ate daddy's mashed potatoes and part of his Polish Sausage last night. It was Yummy! He should have never left the room to tell mommy something! Hehehe
