Can you help my Mom? She has new pics of me to post, but she says they are in bmp format, not the jpg format that this site requires. She says they are saved in her My Documents. She doesn't have a scanner, so a lady at her work scanned them for her from our pictures that Mom got developed at the store. Poor Mom says she has tried everything but can't change their format. Will the pics have to be re-scanned? WOW this is way too technical for this Princess.
