New Collar

So I know Gracie mentioned that she was gonna be getting a new collar but so am I! Mine was more of a con then anything. Tiff was talking to our mom about getting one for Gracie and I came running into the living room and waited til she said she was going to get me one too. And she is! Not only that but she is going to give me four dollars too. I tried for five but that didn't work out, she said that will have to wait for two weeks. Now what do I do I get with it?
