To whomever wrote a bit about the reverse sneezing that some of us smaller dogs do (it was referred to as SNARKING, a pretty good name for it, and honking): my mom just lightly holds her hand over my nose so I can't breathe for just a few seconds. This usually makes it go away which is a good thing, because it scares me when I snark! I give her a grateful look when it helps me quit. It often happens after I have attacked the flowing water in the bathtub, a favorite activity. I always forget that it might make me snark, so having a cure for it is very helpful. You might want your human to try it! Make sure your human isn't real mad at you for something when they do it, because they might be tempted to hold their hand there a little too long. I am not speaking from experience. xoxo MADDIE
