Email I sent to site people

I just emailed Amanda again myself. It's frustrating and it keeps people from coming back or even causes them to leave when they can't post or comment without problems. I'm telling you-we're the step child around here. Too bad I can't spurt out some skin kids so I can win prizes and have a website that works all the time like Indymoms.

This is the first time in about 5 hours that I actually got logged onto the site. I was going to send an e-mail to the people who run the site but can't because I can't get logged on to GET the e-mail address......SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!

I 2nd that motion!
I'm tired of trying to log in and getting 501 errors.

I emailed a couple weeks ago and got a message back from Amanda saying she would let the site people know. I haven't had any problems this morning but I couldn't even log on last night.

I do not reply or mssg. much because, I too get the same errors. I do go on the site and read the mssgs. and replies. I wonder how many of us do that. It seems as if fewer people and pets are on here. They may still be here but can not get anywhere. sigh.....

Thanks for doing this, Debbie. I hope we get not only a response, but a permanent fix!

I can reply but I can not write a post. It is frustrating. Once we get our new sweet beagle, I was going to set up a profile on her hoping that I can write a post through her profile. Time will tell if anything will work.

To me the errors seem random, but has anyone else had a different error problem? Hopefully this email will help, but please let me know if anyone is having very different error patterns that I am.

We think we've found the cause of the random errors (long technical explanation and didn't affect just Paws).

We also fixed a bug in the signup yesterday.

Today, I'll be watching the log intently to try to hunt down as many other bugs as I can find.

Thank you so much, Debbie....I've been trying for the past few weeks to leave comments, just even be able to log on and get that 501 server error. I sure hope this fixes it. Thanks again for your persistance, Debbie.

Yeah, getting an error message after every click gets real old real fast. Somedays, I'm only able to read without commenting.

I got an email back from John, one of the techies and he said they thing they found the problem!!! Fingers and paws crossed! He also said that this was the first he had heard about it.

I always thought my problems were because I'm oneof those "weird" Mac people, but surely all of you aren't on Macs! THANKS for attacking this problem!

The first time he's heard about it? Seriously??? Grrrrrr...
