Unfortunately Peaches, I think Hospital stays trumps birthdays, at least as far as taking time off work goes. Don't worry, I'm sure your momma will make it up to you.

Peaches, the great thing about birthdays is that you can celebrat them whenever! My birthday is Christmas Eve so it's really hard for me to get special things on my day because some big dude needs to come down the chimney. Your Mom will make it up to you --- that was a pretty nasty accident.
