I guess the love or need for money makes a person overlook the condition of the dogs in a puppy mill. I would think if they had a heart, they would find another way to make a living.

Thank you Utah Animal Haven! I am a proud native West Virginian, but this is one time I am ashamed of people in my state.
Unfortunately, there are many, many backyard breeders who don't have quite so many animals. They mate the dogs when they need a couple thousand dollars. And these people don't seem to think there is anything wrong in doing that.
Shameful, shameful, shameful.

This is much worse than the love or need for money, or the lack of heart. It is a sick, digusting, barbaric use of an innocent creature to profit. It is absolutely unacceptable in a civilized society and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. The owner deserves to be jailed for a long time.
