EVIL POLICE OFFICER!!!!

I heard on the radio about this couple who's dog was choking so the were driving really fast to go to a pet hospital, and this police officer pulled them over and when they said "Our dog could die if we don't get there fast enough!" the police officer says "its just a dog. You can get another one."and the dog ended up dying! Wait, it gets worse. They're only sending him to sensitivity classes!!!! I personally think people like that should go to jail for at least a month. What do you think is a good punishment????
