3 poop walkie

Kirby on Health - Wed, August 13 2008

Mom is totally amazed at me this morning. I do not know why, seems the simplest things intrigue her. We went for a walkie, just me, mom and Looooolllllaa.. Hoover has his own walk with mom. Anyhoo, I had to poop (naturally) so I did. Then it was Lola's turn. Then my turn again. A little further around the bend, my turn once more. She said something about a colon cleansing and that it must have been up to my ears. I know that it wasn't clear up there, duh.

So between the two of us, mom was carrying 4 full poop bags and 2 leashes. Of course, everyone who went by waved and she had to wave back with the poop! (HAHAHA!!)

Mom here: Have you ever done that? Waved with the poop bag hand? Then once you've done it you get that nice wiff of it since you just waved it front of your face... and yet we smile. Why would you ever want to go for a walk without a dog? How boring that would be.

I guess what goes in must come out, Kirby.....hahahaha. Yeah, mama's done the waving of the poop bag by her nose numerous times....another hahahaha!

I, according to Mom, empty every Orifice that I have on my walks too, Kirby. I'm constantly stopping Mom -- which is probably why I don't go as often as Roo. She never squats at all... ever.

Mom walks me alone because I actually WALK, not sniff around the block. And for the record, I only dookied once.

That's how I work it too, Hoovie (but no dookies). Straight and narrow... ears a flappin... walk. Well, unless I get scared by kids, bikes, lawnmowers, etc. Then, I sled dog Mom and walk on my back two legs only with a tight tail tucked under.

I bow in awe to you, oh Master of Poop. Mommy says that carrying the poop bag should earn her points with Santa or Cupid or something. I guess it's stinky...whatev.

Yes, I have done the poop bag wave many times. It's a little embarrassing.

Yes, I've done just that. My neighbors must think I'm the crazy dog lady! Also, my girls usually have to poo near the beginning of their walkie, so that means I'm carrying the bag of poo plus 3 leashes the entire walk. I think I'm going to have to start walking them separately though, for safety sake.

That's the main reason I walk Hoover alone. He's a puller if he sees another dog, bike, kid, person... and I don't want to accidently drop one of the other leashes while fussing with him. Although, he's the best walker in the bunch when it comes to exercise!

Oh yeah, way to go Yoda Kirby! Last night, Mom took us for a walk and I pooped once. Then right after the walk, Mom and I went to Aunt Stacy's to see Beverly and the new foster kitties and Aunt Stacy of course. We didn't get to see Minnie this time. So I pooped in Aunt Stacy's front yard as soon as we got out of the car. We headed out to the backyard to play and I pooped out there too. It was awesome. Before I left, I peed on one of the boxes in Aunt Stacy's living room. Just had to leave a little note for Minnie, ya know? Mom was embarassed.

Whoa. That's cool! I recent had a "twofer pooper." But a threepeat?!

While we're on the subject of poo... Sitting here at my desk I can see the walkies of the folks in the condos at the next building. None of them carry mutt-mitts. That means, none of them pick up poop. Should I call the manager of the property they frequent and tell them who the offenders are? It's the grassy area of a local bank and people walk by it all day long.

Ooooh, those kind of people make me mad. When we lived in an apt. I used to get so mad a people for not picking up after their pets when it was a RULE! If I were you, I'd report them but unfortunately, nothing will probably be done... I have picked up their dogs' poop and put it on their owners' front porch, though!!

Reading about the waving of the poop is just too funny.
