fostering a sick pup till Thursday

There is a little pit pup who is sick and on fluids at Hamitlon County Humane . Her foster family is going to adopt her but will be out of town till Thursday . She would do much better getting well in someone's home .

What would that person have to do? Is the pup contagious?

Yes She is . If you contact Rebecca at Hamilton County Humane she can tell you if there is a way to keep her in a house with other dogs or if she has to be the only animal in the house. She is supposed to be ready to go to a temp foster this afternoon or tomorrow just until Thursday , Thanks for asking :)
