foster a puppy?

I received an email from Rebecca at Hamilton County Humane today she writes
"I'm looking for a foster for 2 urgent cases.....one is a pit puppy named Fargo that can't seem to kick upper respiratory here (his profile is below) and an adult pit, very small in size, named Clyde who came in with a fractured leg, dislocated hip and now he has upper respiratory. He is the sweetest dog, very nice temperament, and he needs to get over his URI before the vet will put him under for surgery. He's my most critical case.
