Tilly's odd behavior with couch

Cherie does that too! She doesn't bark, but she loves to burrow into the couch cushions and roll around and start digging and then lay down. Must be some kind of kooky dog thing. :) xoxo Diane

I dig the cushions all the time. Usually I find pretzles or something.

I used to do that when I was a pup! Mom would crack up laughing at me! Pups are sooo funny!!

I'm usually hiding in dad's lap covered with a throw blanket when she goes crazy like that. Mom sez she'll try to capture the Monster on video.

Sounds like perfectly normal behavior to me! (Barks at linen chest, chases dust around room)

T liked to "bury" things in the couch...mostly his chewies...dig a hole, put it in, cover with invisible dirt but never defended his territory. Sounds like silly puppy to me. The visual of the nose stuck in the couch while barking cracks me up.

Nigel will do that too. If he's all fired up, he'll dig his nose into the couch cushions and then use his head/nose to flip them up over his head.

Too funny....can't wait to see the video. Poor Maggie...she probably thinks Tilly has lost it.

I MUST see the video. After mom posted the video of me with my head stuck in a kleenex box, other humiliating videos have to be posted as well!

I do this EVERY time I get on the couch. Mom thinks it's because for the first year (pre-Linus) I was never allowed on it. Now that I am (although mom picks me up and puts me on the cushions), I am so overjoyed with the forbidden concept that I can't stand it and am forced to act like a nut.

Awwww that's so cute! If you want it to stop you could try ignoring her if she is only doing it for the attention when you are around. Otherwise laugh it up to puppy antics.

I'll have a better chance at getting video of Tilly jumping up on Brian's lap while he's sitting in the recliner napping. Poor guy screams like a choir girl when that happens...
