So Sick!

I got the kennel cough back last Friday. Mom has called the vet twice now. I am back on antibiotics. The cough is not the choking cough it was but sounds as if it is coming from my chest. I cough constantly. Mommy called the vet again yesterday and was told that if it is not better by Friday to call back. The pills need 72 hours to start working. It was awful lastnight. She gave me some cough syrup and I had red sticky by my eye and all the way down my white mane. She is very upset and very worried. I have not eaten a thing since Monday. I won't even take my favorite Bravo treat. I have been shaking some the last couple of days. Please help! Am I going to live through this?

I'm positive my mom would get that second opinion, too. Maybe you're mom should try to dilute some chicken baby food to see if you'll lap it up. At least you'll get something in you. In the meantime, please get better. We;ll be thinking about you.

Oh Star I hope you feel better! If it were my mom, she'd definitely take me to get a second opinion!

The chicken baby food may work! My kitties that had upper respiratory infections ate that stuff right up. Poor Boy. I really hope you feel better soon!!
