found small white and brown dog

I was at the vet's a few minutes ago and a lady came in who had found a small white and brown very friendly fluffy dog - looked like a lhaso mix or peke mix? I don't know small breeds. she was beautifully clean with a red collar , no chip or tags. She said she found her near Woodfield ( I assume this is a subdivision ) near 126th .
