Hi guys. I'm Scamper aka Scamp. I just got here tonight. So far it's good. I've already eaten twice and gotten a bunch of treats. I have my own blue cage with soft bedding. I guess I'm going to stay here for a little while and if I like it, I can stay for a couple of months. I was left outside and not given Heartworm prevention so I have heartworms. It makes me tired and I pant a lot. It also makes my voice sound gravelly. I'm hoping I can stay here long enough to get those nasty things out of me!!!! I was a dog living on the streets and I look like it. My ears are all chewed up from fly bites and my teeth are a little worn down. My FM says that none of that matters now. She says that after tomorrow I'll feel like a new dog. That would be nice. She thinks I'm really white and fluffy underneath all this dirt. The HCHS has me listed as a Shepherd mix but FM thinks I'm an Eskimo mix. I just wanted to say Hi and see if anybody had any advice for me. Oh, and I did try to put the smackdown on Chase earlier today but the people at the HS let him bite me back! Crazy stuff. He's tough for being so short. Even that old broad tried to bite me once. Jennifer at HCHS says I have dominance issues that I have to work on before I can find a good home. Not really, I just want to be in charge all the time☺
welcome to you, Scamp. You WILL feel like a new guy after your bath tomorrow. Baths stink but when you're white, you get used to them. You have a great FM and lots of low riding friends there... you'll learn the ropes quickly.
Hey buddy, you're one lucky puppy to be with Chase and his crew. They have beer. Talk to Chase and he'll fix you up with one. You do have to keep an eye on him, though. He doesn't know his limit. Welcome to your new home!
Hey Scamp, welcome! You can join the Manly Men Den too!!! Chase, well, he's just got a lot of responsibility and likes to be in total and complete charge. Did he have his uniform on? He's an officer of the law, you know.
Mom says to tell you you're cute. Francie and Penny are swooning over you.
Welcome to IP Scamp. I'm sure you'll love your new foster home. I'm also sure you'll figure out living with other dogs. I did. It took a while, but its pretty okay.
You are very handsome, Scamp! My mom said you looked like a Eskie mix the minute she saw your picture. I hope those worms go away really soon because they sound like nasty critters. I cannot believe they let an officer of the law BITE you!
I am so happy for you Scamp. I met you a few weeks ago and thought you were the cutest thing in the world . Get lots of rest and you will be all well in no time !
