It was a hot, long drive to Medford Oregon. I thought we'd never get out of the car! Then we arrived at this place, the Southern Oregon Humane Society. I got a little worried - what were we doing here?!
Then I saw a boy. He kind of looked like my brother Angus. I mean he REALLY looked like Angus! I barked and ran up to him before I realized it was someone new.
He was very confused about his name. Someone called him Astro, and his other owners called him 'Gus'. That's funny, because that's what my folks call my brother.
He's with us now. We rescued him. He has his own bed now, his own chew bone, and his own collar. He tried to sleep in my bed, but I let him know that that was a bad idea.
I kind of like him. He's funny, in a laid back sort of way. He wants to play with me. We'll see - I want to get to know him first.
Good thing he hasn't found my stuffed rabbit. That's mine!
