I hate getting my nails trimmed

Ooh I hate having my nails trimmed, too! I always go to my groomer, Shirley the Groomer, at Doggie Spa on 30th and Franklin Road to have my nails trimmed now, but the best way that Mom found to do it at home is to do it while I'm in my bath and my nails are wet. They trim more easily when they are wet. It's still not easy, because I don't like it, but it works a lot better than trying to trim them when they are dry. Shirley is my friend and she always gets it right! xoxo FiFi

My Mom's sneaky about nail trimming. She'll lure me over for a snuggle session with catnip. While I'm nipped out she'll play with my feet to get me used to having my feet handled. By now I'm purring so hard I'm drooling and am about to nod off. That's when she strikes. She's usually able to get all my front claws clipped before I even notice.

I hate it too. I literally scream because I hate it so much. Maybe your mom could wait until you're really sleepy to try. Sometimes mom threatens me with Benadryl but she never really does it.

I have successfully manipulated my way out of nail trims due to my shrieking and general mayhem.
